स्वाध्यायान्मा प्रमदःSvādhyāyānmā Pramadaḥ — "Never be negligent in your own study" (Taittirīya Upaniṣad)
Our Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training Courses are immersive and rooted in the classical Hatha lineage — designed for both those who wish to teach and those who simply want to understand their own practice at its source. Small batches mean every student receives direct correction from senior faculty, led by Acharya Dr. Bipin Joshi.
Days are structured around āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation, philosophy, anatomy and the art of teaching itself — with Āyurveda woven in throughout, since we believe a teacher who understands the body's constitution teaches more safely.
योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधःYogaś Citta-Vṛtti-Nirodhaḥ — "Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind" (Patañjali, Yoga Sūtra 1.2)
