Yoga Classes for
Every Body, Every Age

Rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga — with the flexibility to fit a working week, a senior's pace, or a quiet mind that just needs to breathe.

Traditional, Not Trendy

Real, traditional yoga — taught the way it was meant to be

Our classes are built on traditional yoga as it has been practised for generations — classical Hatha āsana, prāṇāyāma and dhyāna, taught with patience rather than performance. There's no chasing trends here; just steady, correct practice guided by teachers who have studied this path for decades.

Whatever brings you to the mat — flexibility, stress relief, strength, or simply a quieter mind — our approach stays the same: meet you exactly where you are, and build from there.

Beyond the Mat

Way of Life — Spiritual Guidance & Chakra Energy

A yoga class is where the practice begins, not where it ends. Alongside āsana, our teachers offer gentle guidance on the subtler side of the tradition — the body's seven energy centres, or chakras, and how a balanced flow between them supports a calmer, steadier way of living.
